Using technology that enables us to work from where we live and there is no office leasing cost.  The technology we use includes using Skype Video conferencing and calling which eliminates the need to travel to customer offices which in turn makes us very competitive cost wise.

We make the costs clear right before we start any work for a customer so there are no surprises down the track.  The initial consultation is free and then we prepare a written quotation for you to review.

When we build a website, there is a high input from our customers on the content of their site.  Writing content takes time.  We save time for both our customers and ourselves by utilising a building system we have developed to make this process easier and quicker, saving you money.

For our Website Development business, we use Joomla CMS, an open source product that enables us to produce quality websites that can be built in a fraction of the time used by traditional methods.  Other benefits Joomla brings to our customers include;

• Website owners can keep their websites looking fresh and up to date themselves.  Google and Yahoo score sites high that are changed on a regular basis rather than those websites that remain unchanged for long periods of time.  A higher score from Google and Yahoo is one of the factors used by these organisations to place you higher on their “search results” putting you ahead of your competition.
• Simple changes to your website like telephone, mobile number changes, changes in email addresses due to staff changes etc, can all be done easily by yourself in just a few moments for just the cost of your own time.
• Adding new product information or company news to your website can all be done by yourself. Joomla allows you to store email addresses for your customers and other interested parties allowing you to easily send out news letters via an email for little cost.
• Joomla is an ‘Open Source’ Content Management System. Open Source for you as an end user means you do not have to purchase it. • Third party software contributors have built almost 5000 utilities or ‘extensions’ as they are known as by Joomla developers.  These additional utilities provide developers like Randall Associates with powerful tools to quickly add world class additional functionality into websites.  The majority of these extensions are free to use and some require developers/website owners to purchase a licence to incorporate them into a site. We have purchased licences for many of the better extensions which we incorporate into our websites as required.

For our web database application solutions, we use Alpha Five Version 10.  This new version of Alpha uses codeless Ajax enabling us to build fast web based applications in a fraction of the time it takes to build a solution in an alternative software development environment, saving customers thousands of dollars.
