Yes, you do not have to pay extra to learn how to carry out basic website maintenance on your own website. If you can use a word processor such as Microsoft Word to create a basic document, then you can carry out maintenance on your website without paying us, or someone with the necessary skills to carry out the changes.
We provide you with a set of training videos for you to play on your PC or DVD Player which shows you how to carry out the basic maintenance enabling you to;
As well as learning how to maintain your website, we will train you to view how many 'hits' (visitors) your website is receiving and what articles these visitors view, enabling you to fine tune your website.
If you are a 'Registered' Randall Associates Customer, you will receive your own Username and Password.
